Meet Our Team
Ira Rowe, Owner/Operator
Ira was born and raised in Pensacola, growing up on Pensacola Beach. After graduating from Gulf Breeze High, Ira gave college a shot. In 2015, once he determined that college life wasn’t for him, he struck out on his own and started our company, Rowe’s Moving.
Armed with only one truck and a couple of close friends, Rowe's Moving was born. Ira's dream was to build our company on the foundation of treating both customers and employees with the utmost care, consideration and respect, while providing a valuable service to the members of his community.
Ira loves spending time with his wife, Lexie, and their daughter, Violet. His hobbies include duck hunting, fishing, surfing and golfing.
Mitchell Yano, Operations Manager
Mitchell was born in Crawfordsville, IN, moving to the Pensacola area in 2007. He is a graduate of Gulf Breeze High School, where he first met Ira and Ciara. Mitchell was an accomplished pitcher on the Gulf Breeze High baseball team throughout his high school career.
After building his skills in several different industries, Mitchell came to work for Rowe’s Moving as a mover in 2016. Mitchell’s unwavering dedication to hard work and his willingness to go above and beyond highlighted him as the perfect fit for the Operations Manager of the company.
Mitchell spends his free time golfing and watching baseball and Nascar races with his family.
Allison Jordan, Office Manager
Allison was born in Guam. She moved to the Pensacola area at just two years old, making her a certified local. She has spent her career working in administrative roles for a variety of companies, developing a strong background in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Allison joined our team in June of 2025 as an administrative assistant. Today, Allison serves as the Office Manager at Rowe’s Moving, where she plays a key role behind the scenes in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage daily operations help support both the team and the overall success of the company.
Although we love having Allison as our office mom, she is also a loving mother and stepmother to three children. When Allison is not working, you can find her with her husband, Tyler, and their kids on the boat at Pensacola Beach!
Veronique Barlowe, Administrative Assistant
Veronique was born in Foley and moved to Pace in 2014. She now proudly calls Jay home. She is currently pursuing her Associate of Science in Business Administration, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in business and project management.
In March 2026, Veronique joined Rowe’s Moving to gain hands-on office experience while working for a local company and continuing to grow her professional skill set. As the first point of contact in the office, she enjoys creating a welcoming experience for customers while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where organization, communication, and customer service are essential.
Outside of work, Veronique loves spending time with her husband, Joshua, and children, being in the water, and attending her kids’ sporting events and ballet performances.
